450 Bushmaster 425gr TCX (Total Copper X-panding) Subsonic Ammunition
The TCXS450 is a 425 grain, 450 caliber Total Copper X-panding SUBSONIC round, with a muzzle velocity of 1,020 feet per second and 980 ft/lbs of muzzle energy, as tested in a 16 inch, 1 in 16 twist barrel.
It's three petal, monolithic copper hollow point bullet has a Ballistics Coefficient of .280 consistently expands to 1.40 inches while remaining intact and retaining nearly 100% of its original weight.

TCX (Total Copper X-panding) ammunition incorporates a 100% solid copper projectile, with both interior and exterior serrations to ensure maximum expansion. There is no bi-metallic bonding to separate or otherwise fail, as can occur with JHP (Jacketed Hollow Point) projectiles. The result is consistent penetration that meets or exceeds FBI standards, and expansion that reliably outperforms typical JHP (Jacketed HollowPoint) projectiles.

Ammo arrived neatly packaged. 450 Bushmaster - OAL and LTO test measurements were all within .001. External quality excellent. Have not yet fired but will update when I do.
