.308 WIN 168gr TCX (Total Copper X-panding) Ammunition
Built with Lapua brass casings, the TCX308 168gr is a 168 grain, .308 Winchester caliber Total Copper X-panding round, with a muzzle velocity of 2,750 feet per second and 2,821 ft/lbs of muzzle energy, as tested in a 24 inch,1 in 11.25 twist barrel.

TCX (Total Copper X-panding) ammunition incorporates a 100% solid copper projectile, with both interior and exterior serrations to ensure maximum expansion.
There is no bi-metallic bonding to separate or otherwise fail, as can occur with JHP (Jacketed HollowPoint) projectiles. The result is consistent penetration that meets or exceeds FBI standards, and expansion that reliably outperforms typical JHP (Jacketed HollowPoint) projectiles.

Follow up to previous review
I took my first Buck ever late in the 2021 deer season in the woods of the north GA mountains with this ammo out of the previously mentioned POF Rogue 16.25" SR-25 battle rifle. I took the shot while buck was trotting through my food plot at 30 yrds center vitals. It dropped after running 40 yrds with zero visible entry wound but left exit wound slightly larger than a golf ball. To say this ammo preforms amazingly is an understatement short barrel short distance still full expansion one shot and done nothing could be better. Sighted in at a consistent sub MOA close to a sub half MOA with every test; cold bore, warm bore, spring, summer, fall, and winter the only thing that will cause me to make a bad shot would be the grey mass between my ears as this ammo sure won't let me down.
