380 Defiant munitions
I test ammo in clear ballistics gel. These went 14.5" and 14" in gel with the FBI the FBI thick clothing barrier, and 13" in bare gel.. 1117, 1110, and 1119 fps from the G42. All expanded to 0.49". I call that about as good as it gets in a 380. Very consistent. Also accurate at 15 yds.

These things are moving and I have to say it doesn't feel like they are in the pistol. I have a Sig P238 and I have always carried PDX1s in it and thought they were okay. I was able to shoot some today and also Chronograph both the PDX1s had an average of 923 and these Defiant Munitions TCX 80gr 380s had a crazy (in a good way) 1151 average. I will be ordering more of these and will be the new standard in my 380 carry ammo and anyone else I can tell about them as well. Keep up the good work Defiant!

Top Tier Defensive Ammo!
I bought this to feed my 4" Tisas Fatih (.380ACP), which is a Turkish made clone on officially licensed tooling of the Beretta 84. ...My pistol is oddly very ammo sensitive, & out of 9 different types of ammo, I've only found 3 that feed reliably. This 80gr TCX ammo from Defiant Munitions is top tier defensive ammo. It's loaded nice & HOT, & penetrates winter-thick clothing without any problem, with enough energy to go roughly ~17" into a 10% ballistic gel test block. I only bought 1 box of 50rds, due to my worry about my finicky pistol feeding the ammo well. & out of 38rds shot, I only 1 had a failure to fully-feed into the chamber; however, with a slight knock on the slide it went in easily. ...The only other ammo for my Fatih that 100% feeds are Barnes 80gr & Ammo Inc's 100gr. My pistol doesn't like ammo that lacks the edge of the casing being smoothed-out (i.e. a polished/rounded off casing head [where the bullet protrudes out from]). Overall, this ammo is replacing my Barnes defensive loads, & if you have a less-picky .380 handgun than me, this Defiant Munitions TCX ammo is absolutely the best defensive ammo I've come across - hands down, no questions asked.

Function in both a Glock G42 and Glock G28 was excellent. Accuracy at up to 25 yds was better than expected ! I will definitely buy more !!!!

I’m pumped to get a round worthy of making the .380 a concealed carry option. Every round that comes out of Defiant Munitions has been top quality. And if the safety of myself or my family were ever in danger at least I know I won’t have issues with substandard ammo.
