Built with Lapua brass casings, the Defiant Munitions .223 Match is a 69 grain, .223 caliber Boat Tail Hollow Point (BTHP) round, with a muzzle velocity of 2,900 feet per second and 1,289 ft/lbs of muzzle energy, as tested in an 18 inch, 1 in 8 twist barrel.
This traditional Match load has a Ballistic Coefficient of .301 and is a great choice for all long range shooting.
